I just love that India has their own minister of Yoga and that they have organised an International Yoga Day since 2014.

On the pic above you’ll see me practising the queen of all yoga postures, sarvangasana. My youngest son took the picture ofme as we came home from an afternoon at the beach. Not much yoga going on in Orbetello, Tuscany, today – or st least to my whereabouts.
